Digital Rights Management, what's the components involved? |

My company plan to develop a content rental business. We want to rent content
(photo, video, flash...) for our client to use for certain period of time. We
will do it through our web site. We want to make sure those contents being
protected.
I try to understand the following technical question:
Is the rights information imbeded in content file?
Once the content (rights protected) downloaded by our clients, are there
anyways to control it?
What kinds of software we need to buy on server side?
