Is there a tutorial for setting up a rights management server with
Microsoft DRM?

Basically I want to serve licenses for DRM-protected files, inclduing
movies and music.

What's the quickest way to do this? What packages would I need from
Microsoft? How much would this cost? Ar ethere any turn-key solutions
out there, as far as hosting the servers or letting me resell DRM
license authentication?

Also for reselling EZDRM has a reseller program
