gateway mp3 photo jukebox problem w/media player |

i have a gateway mp3 photo jukebox. i have a dell computer. i have windows
media player 10 installed. problem: once i have started windows media player
and hook up my gateway mp3 player to my computer, i get error messages which
prevent me from going any further and using the gateway mp3 player.
the errors were as follows:

error 1: problem occurred obtaining device
certificate. contact microsoft product support.
error 2: widows media player can't play the file.
the file is on another computer. verify you are
connected. > (i was connected)
error 3: specified property ID is not supported for
specific property set.

any help is greatly appreciated. i have contacted gateway and they were
totally useless in helping.
