I am trying to listen to a streaming radio content using Safari 1.2.3
Trying to open the link i get this message:

"The page "Radio Fiume Ticino Live" has content of MIME type "video/x-ms-
asf-plugin", but you don't have a plug-in installed for this MIME type. A
plug-in should be available on this page:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/mediaplayer/download/default.asp

I did download the new mediaplayer and installed it.
But i keep getting that message trying to open that site!

WHY???

Can somebody tell me how i can install that plugin in Safari?

Thanks in advance!!!

WMP9 should install a plug-in that is perfectly supported by Safari.
Nevertheless, sometimes the supported file and MIME types are not
registered properly. Since the Internet Config pref pane has been
eliminated from MacOS X it ois a bit tedious to access the Interenet
Confg Database to fix this.
You can still open IE and add the proper MIME type in its prefs
specifying that these files have to be opened in the pluig-in. THe
information will be written to the Internet Config Database for all apps
to use...
