Can't Create Playlist: Library not registered. Error Code: 0 |

HELP!
I have been creating Publishing points using the Windows Media Services
wizard for 4 months. Out of no-where, I am now getting an Error Messages
saying that the play list can not be saved to the folder
C:\wmpub\WMRoot\filename.wsx.
Along with this first Error message, I also get secondary messages saying,
Library not registered. Error Code 0X8002801d. I've looked for a reference
for this error code, and the only think I can find is OLE error and FoxPro
errors related to this code number.
Please note; although the play list file is not written to the local
C:\drive, the publishing point wizard does manage to create the publishing
point "Name" under the Windows Media Services. Hence the publishing point is
there and the files that I added to that publishing point seem to work...
This is complicated; I am perplexed as to where it is getting the information
from to actually broadcast an on demand stream if the wsx play list was never
created in the first place.
Another sad issue is that where once I had a list of all file names that I
added in the play list showing up under the Source tab in the Windows Media
Services, they are completely blank now. Nada...
Ok, one more note: I can create a play list using the Windows Media Play
list Editor outside of the Windows Media Services to create a WSX play list,
add my media files to that list, then re-name that file the same as the
original publishing point name, and the files in the play list will play
under that publishing point with the same name.
I don’t understand what has changed on my Windows Server 2003 Enterprise
Edition…
Version 5.2 (Build 3790.srv03_sp1_rtm.050324-1447: Service Pack 1 to cause
this problem.
I am not sure if this is a basic security profile/group policy issue or a
server bug issue or how to fix it.
Anyone has any clue?

Oh Man, more problems as I go... The media service is randomly playing video
& audio files in the playlist at either slow or fast speed. 80% of the files
in the playlist are fine. This is driving me crazy. I uninstalled the media
service and reinstalled and I am experiencing the same problems listed here
and below in my other post. Error Code…
I have had other folks try the website to see if this was not a codec
problem on the server, but others are experiencing the same problem with the
win media player....
Here is an example...

I am almost afraid to see what’s next…
Merry Christmas Everyone…
