Hi ...
I have Canopus ProCoder for making .wmv .. I'm using 1 file with 3 streams
56, 128, 256k... can some one advise me what setup can I use to make the
videos much better? (size, encoder, frame rate, video bitrate, keyframe,
image quality...)

What works best? on 56k 128 and 256 conections
