Fast Start a Progressively loaded Windows Media File

I am trying to get a wmv file to 'fast start' like a Quicktime movie fast
starts....
What kind of attributes do I need to add ?
The below html loads the whole wmv file before it plays :(

The only reason I am NOT using mms is because I want the file to cache on
the users computer....

The only way to make a faster start without MMS is to set the buffering time
as low as possible, but if the user has different settings it's likely that
times won't change...

Is it possible to progressively load a Windows Media file using mms ?
If possible, maybe this would be less problematic
