Hi all,

Have a question.
I want to stream TV signal to mobile devices. Mobile devices support 3GPP
(or H.264) encoded signal. So I need to encode TV stream to 3GPP format. Can
I do this this Windows Media Encoder? May be some plugins exist to support
3GPP format?

Thank You.

You can't, WME outputs only Windows Media format.

You'll need to use Quicktime 6 (or Quicktime 7 for H264), Pro version
in each case. Helix encoder may *possibly* do this, my evalution has
expired though.

To "stream" those, you might want to try Darwin streaming server
(Apple again - will run on Mac, Windows or Linux though)

Cheers - Neil
