I am new to video on web sites. I have setup my website
www.k-9grooming.com/test

When I test it out, I only get 2/3 of the video to download. After it
plays, I can hit refresh and the remainder of the video downloads.

Do I have a setting wrong?

Well, it's MPEG. WMP can do a progressive download of MPEG files, but those
are very much not optimized for Internet usage. You'd have better results
with almost any other file format. :)
