Hello all,

I have searched several times for an answer to this problem but I have had
not success. Here goes:
I am webcasting an event that has audio feeds supplied by a break-out box at
mic or line levels or an aux output from the audio board. Most of the time
the audio board send to me needs to be cracked up extremely high. Sometimes
this is not possible and the audio level is too low. I have an Osprey 220
handling my audio and video.
What is the ideal scenario for this type or set-up and what are you pros
using??
I guess my basic question is what the the ideal "type" of audio to send the
card? A mic level doesn't seem to cut it. I know that line level is higher
but it is not a possibility most of the time.

Some of the older Osprey drivers have registry keys that are used to boost audio
levels. I believe they're documented in the readme file that comes with the
drivers. I've had to use these settings myself in the past.

I think the best analog audio connection to use is XLR because it's balanced:
