wmappend for Win 98SE |

Dear All
I would like to concatenate wma files without re-encoding, and I've
heard that wmappend will do the job. Problem is that I can't find a
version which will work on Win 98SE. Apparently the version 7 resource
kit has it, or used to have it, but I've tried downloading all the
encoder installs and SDKs I can find, with no luck.
Could anyone point me in the direction of wmappend for Win 98SE, or
perhaps another tool which can do the same job?
