We are doing audio only, but if we use an ad wrapper to play a video and/or
JPG's before the broadcast, some client report that the audio is in like a
slow play mode.

Any ideas? I have seen this reported elsewhere so it's not just us.

You know i have had that same problem, the audio was either very slow
or very fast, so to fix it i converted the files that i was playing to
some standard 64 Kbps quality and it all started working fine. There
are many utilities out there that can facilitate converting audio
files. I do not beleive your problem is related to video, at least i
had this problem with no video.
