I think these newsgroups are for peer support only.
You may get a repsonse from MS employees, but that's cause they're
hanging out here in their spare (own) time.
Your best bet is to investigate the support contract you have with
them, that's probably what specifies 2 days and it will tell you how
to process your bug report so it's dealt with by the correct people
(or escalated if it can't be resolved)
