Changing from live to directory |

If anyone could help on the matter below i'd be very greatful, it's been on
my mind for a while...
I'd like to have one publishing point running streaming from a directory of
files and a live stream. in such way that the files from the directory are
playing untill windows media encoder logs onto the publishing point in which
the publishing point then automatically changes over to live...
