The recent adoption of a certain DRM scheme by Sony on its CDs has
raised some eyebrows, problems, and quite a firestorm on antispam
newsgroups.
When it comes to spam, could the underlying software 'cloak' trojans,
worms, viruses, and spyware/adware? Will spyware/adware blockers trap
it going in?
You'll want to read this very extensive blog post and the comments
about the matter. Lots of screenshots, and plenty of external links as
well.

There has also been a fix-kit put out that removes certain elements of
this as well. That can be found elsewhere on the net in the extensive
discussion of it that has been caused by this.
