Looking again at your post, you want to relay a live (?) wm stream via WME
(for live broadcast I assume). Is that what you want to do?

Haven't tried it but I believe you can broadcast wma/wmv files via WME from
my recent digging around in the options. One can certainly add saved wmv
files to a live broadcast as an intro. even if the live broadcast is just a
stub.

Might help if you explain what you are trying to achieve

I am trying to take a live stream and copy the audio and video and make it onto a link so my viewers can see. This is a live stream.

Where is the stream coming from - a local device or the internet?
