error with drm downloading music |

I'm getting an error when trying to download music within windows media
player. I'm using windows xp prof. x64.
The error message comes up when I try to confirm the music selection I've
selected for download.
The error message is:
"There was a problem attempting to individualize your computer. MSN Music
requires yor play be individualized. If you continue to be unable to
individualize your computer please contact Windows Media Player support.
(which I've tried but cannot find anything to fix the problem.
Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it?
