As far as I test in the past (maybe 1 year ago)
If you set 'ExpirationOnStore = 1' , you will think client license will be
expire 1 hour later.
But it is not correct.
When client get license at 10/26/2005 17：15：32 , the license will expire
at 10/26/2005 18:59:59 .
I already report to microsoft windows media team about this issue.
Maybe it will be fixed when next major version-up of WMRM I think :-)
