Hi all,

Hope someone can help me...
I got Server 2003 running with Media Services installed.
I got myself some On-Demand and Unicast streams.
All is running fine but.....

I am streaming my MP3 collection.
All MP3's with up to 128kbit/s are doing fairly ok.
Once I go above the 128kbit/s, it seems if the stream is running too slow.
Nice disco turns to depressing, low voiced moaning.
At this time I only have one listener (that is I) but when this issue is
solved I wish to broadcast for a few friends.

....oh did I mention that I'd rather not re-encode all my MP3's to wma
format?!

TIA
