Does IWMRMHeaderSigning is only available on Windows Server 2003? Is
this dll (wmrmobjs 1.0 Type Library - wmrmobjs.dll) only available in
Windows Server 2003?

I'm using windows media encoder to broadcast a video stream from a
webcam... but I can't digitally sign the contents broadcasted. Do I
need to apply for a DRM? If yes, how do I use a DRM? Some samples in C#
would be great.

Thank you,
Nuno Magalhaes.
