Has anyone used this to digitally sign a file in memory? If so, how?
Are you able to get at it in a managed (c#) application. The
documentation is a bit slim on this interface to the point where it
doesnt even talk about what class implements the interface.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

I think the type library you're looking (wmrmobjs 1.0 Type Library -
wmrmobjs.dll) for it's only available on Windows Server 2003. And I
think also you would have to apply for a DRM object to a company.

See:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/drm/9series/providers.aspx

This is what I know.

I dont understand the last part of this response...Are you talking
about something additional to going thru the drm licensing with
microsoft? We are licensed and have the 10 sdk.
