I have one PPoint broadcasting a live radio at 32Kbps.
On the Monitor tab, it says:

Client/Peak 52 Players
Bandwidth/Peak 50845 Kbps

Isn't it suppose to be 52 x 32 = 1664 ?
I know it's not the exactly value above, because there are averhead and
stuff but where did this 50Mb came from?

I really appreciate any help because i'm afraid my 100Mbs ethernet card
won't be enought if things keep going like that.

(I have Win2K3 Standard and WM9.)

Check "Limits > Limit Bandwidth per stream per player" under properties I
believe it defaults to 1500Kbs. This means you could potentially have a burst
of 78Mbs. You may want to reduce the limit of this field and the “Fast start
limit” as well.

Hope this helps.

That's a great tip, thanks.
By the way, which values should be good for these limits?
Since i have diferent publishing points (live and on demand) from 32 to
340Kbps

I would experiment with 2x the stream size.

good luck,
