I don't capture video from network ip camera with WMEncoder.
It's possible.?

Only if they have a WDM compliant DirectShow driver for it. I seem to
remember reading about one for AXIS check the history of this group and
microsoft.public.win32.programmer.directx.video on Google Groups.

Go to...

http://www.vbrick.com/products/streamplayer.asp

At the bottom of the page you will see a link to download the player.
When you install the player choose the option to chose what to install.
You will see a choice to install a driver. Install the driver. Now when
you open Windows media encoder and choose a camera you will see the vbrick
video capture driver. Choose the driver. Now click configure. When the
configure opens it asks for the IP and port number of the camera. Your
set!
