The multicast streaming for the current broadcast has been a |

error code c00d2ef8
The multicast streaming for the current broadcast has been aborted due
to a socket error
i get this error after creating a new multicast publishing point with
wmv files, but when i try to multicast a nsc file from other valid
media server no error occurs and the multicast works, my guess is
theres no network problem but something related with my own media
server.

I've only seen this error when there is a network problem.

do you know the specif network error, my network works fine , only one
network card with static ip.
its incredible how theres very little info on this issue.

As I recall, it happened when the link went down. If you unplug the ethernet
cable you may see this message. |

My netcard connection is fine, internet works, network computer works,
it must be software related, there is no infoon the net,.
very strange |

Does anyone have any experience with this error, my network is working
fine, the multicast even works if i use a nsc file from remote media
server, teh local media server always gives out error when trying to
multicast its own streams.
please help, thanks |
