Try system rollback - WMP10 creates a restore point when it installs,
that should be your first port of call.

If that isn't available for some reason, try looking under add/remove
programs, it should revert to the previous version (WMP9) when you
remove WMP10

I am having problems with WMP 10 as well and tried to rollback before

reading this post about the system restore. I tried to go back and find a
restore point where I installed WMP 10, but my points don't go back that far,
so I have no restore point. I did roll it back, but ended up with WMP 10
anyway. Now in my Add and Remove Programs I don't even have WMP 10 listed.
All i have are: WMP Hotfix [See wm828-26 for more information] and WMP Hotfix
[See KB837272 for more information]. Now how do I go back?

Thanks,
JMR
