If you’re getting this error message try turning the Internet Explorer
Media Bar off. To disable the Media Bar it click on the "Media" button (on
the IE Toolbar), a toolbar will open on the left hand side of Internet
Explorer. Click on the "Media Options" button on the lower left hand
corner of the toolbar, Settings, and uncheck "Play web media in the bar".
Improperly formed authentication dialogues might also cause error 800c0008.
In general if you’re getting error 0x800c0008 and are given the option
save the file to disk first and then play it back.
