Sorry, you're knackered. You need a proxy to sit on your network which
your admin wouldn't know about.
Since his admin level is rightly higher than your admin level, you
would end up getting busted (he's cleverer than you think ;-) and
possibly losing your job for unauthorised installation of RTSP->HTTP
proxies within the DMZ of the firewall / NAT filters.
