A restricted link in Windows Media Player format MMS, which is restricted only to one player.

Advice:
A. Download the document prescribed.
B. Focus on goal(s).
C. Read document.
Seriously - If you are encoding on one system with Windows Media Encoder -
Push that stream to a 2nd Windows Server 2003 Enterprise system running
Windows Media Services. Walkthrough the Setup Wizard for configuring a
multicast publish point. - Point here - Use Windows XP or better for
encoder, use Windows Server 2003 Enterprise for publish point as it supports
multicasting. Standard Edition, to the best of my knowledge, will not.
