I am trying to get DRM licensing to work on my computer. Through many emails
with different support teams, I discovered that a folder C:/documents and
settings/all users/drm should exist to have files like - drmstore.sst (i
think was what they said). Much to my chagrin, I have no such files or
folder on my computer anywhere. SO, I reinstalled WMP10 from microsoft's
website, and still, the folder is absent. What can I do to change this so I
can use DRM correctly?
Thanks
Matt

You will have to enable your windows explorer (or other file handler you might use) to show operating system files and / or hidden files.
That should do it!

Thanks, I was under the impression there was only one option to select to
reveal both system and hidden files. I was wrong. Now that I've found the
"hide system folders" option, I can disable it and view the files.
Thanks
