Hi,

I am not able to deliever the DRM license as my time zone is +5:30 IST, Is
it neccesary to set the Timezone to GMT while License delivery?

how can i parse any timezone to GMT?

Can a user can view the drm protected movie if the user time zone is not
GMT?

Yes, We can deliver the DRM license if the client time is syncronized with GMT. The best way is take the GMT time ie UTC time or take the client time and then deliver the DRM license.
