Use of Windows Media DRM for Portable Device |

In the Microsoft documentation, I read : "Windows Media DRM 10 for Portable
Devices Porting Kit is a porting kit consisting of a group of functions for
processing Windows Media DRM–protected content. These functions are provided
as ANSI C source code. Application designers reference this code and compile
it into their applications. Because the source code is written in ANSI C, it
can be used by devices running non-Windows operating systems. "
Can youse use theses functions to write an application on a PC as well ?
I want to create a simple interface for PC to save wma files on a MP3 player
or on a CD burner. I don't want people to use directly WMP to do that.
Is it possible ?
