Assume that I've installed infinite license. How can this license be deleted
by customer or content provider?

Aside from wiping their DRM store (making them very
unhappy), or revoking the public key used to issue the
license (not a very good way to go either) you're out of
luck.

You will be able to revoke a license using a feature known as License
Revocation that will be in the soon to be released Windows Media Rights
Manager SDK 10 ad Windows Media Format SDK 9.5.
