WMP10 License Issue

All,

I am running the release version of WMP10 on my machine. I
am not able to play any existing DRM protected content and
I am also not able to play newly downloaded content. The
file opens in WMP and I get a "Windows Media Player has
encountered a general error" and then the file refuses to
play.

I tried to "Reindividualize" my machine, but when the
License Acquisition pop up comes up, I get a Page Cannot Be
Displayed in the window.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Is your WMP 10 a Beta version? The WMP10 RTM version was released to public
at 02 Sept 2004. would you please try to reinstall it from this site
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/download/download.aspx
Where did you downlaoded those protected content? Napster? MusicMatch? or
.....
