I'm trying to play a file that requires a license, I've
played it before, but now I can't with any file requiring
a license. it say a problem has occured in the digital
rights management component, and to contact microsoft
product support. i haven't found anything that could help
me yet.

try renaming the drmstore.hds file. It is located in the drm folder. It
has worked for me many of times
