serious DRM9 problem !!! Help!!! |

Hi!
We use DRM9 and MP9 and predelivery licensing process.
All our clients are 'individualized' and the license issuer server are
secure updated too. But some clients suddenly stop to play the DRM contents.
The error we receive from our license issuer server is: "License storage is
not working. Contact Microsoft product support." or something in this style.
After the client receive this error only reinstall the OS help to begin to
play the DRM again in that machine. Or creating a new administrator profile
in a machine that has the problem with DRM can help. But when re login again
with the original user the problem still exist.
What can we do with the machine that has the problem with the DRM? What is
the reason of that problem?
Any ideas?
