That is the error code for "RPC_E_SERVERFAULT", "The server threw an
exception."

What version of Windows Media Player are you using?
What type of portable player?
What site did you download the music from?
What was the name of the music?

Thanks fo fast reply,

Media Player Version : Widows Media 9 (in PC, play well)
test program : WMFSDK9(WMDM example)
Portable Player : MP3 Player (implemted with ms-pdDRM version 1.0)
-- i think portable type is not related with error , because the error
is occured in PC.
download site : http://sib1.od2.com/common/frameset/frames.asp?shid=04AC002E
name of music : A_Song_Of_Love-A_Song_Of_Love-03-Heaven,
A_Song_Of_Love-A_Song_Of_Love-04-Song_Of_Love

Thanks.
