Can't play music I have purchased |
|
|
I have Windows Media Player 9.
I purchased and downloaded a wma audio file.
I try to play and I get the message ....
"In order to play this file, you need to upgrade your media
player to a version compatible with Windows Media Rights
Manager V7. Select View Compatible Players below to see a
list of compatible media players.
If your current media player does not have a Windows Media
Rights Manager V7 compatible version, you should select a
different player with the Windows Media Rights Manager V7
identifier."
It sends me to a site where I am told to download Windows
Media Player 9. I download it, install it and try to play
my file. Instead of playing the file I get the same "Media
Rights" message.
What's the deal?
I have the latest player and I paid for the audio file.
