Windows Media Player cannot play, synchronize, or burn a protected file
because an error occurred while verifying the license. I have the option of
clicking web help and this is the error code

You've encountered error message C00D11DA while using Windows Media Player.
We are investigating the cause of this error. We will post more information
about this error when it becomes available.

I've tried reinstalling and deleting the keys from the registry to no avail.
What should i do now?
I tried the article http://msmvps.com/chrisl/articles/33496.aspx but didn't
help still getting the same message.
