Re: License Storage Not Working with Napster |

It looks like your license store is corrupted during upgrade the player.
What's your previous player version? What's your OS? Are you using Napster
Plug-in for player or Napster stand alone application?
You can try this solution:
1. Re name the c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM to be c:\Documents
and Settings\All Users\DRMBackUp (Please note that this is the hidden
folder, you need to change the setting in explorer->tools->folder
options->view and make this folder showed, and make sure you change back to
orignal option after you are done rename)
2. Uninstall the Napster and also delete the Napster registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Napter manually, then reinstall the napster
application or Plugin.
3. Logon to Napster and re sync the music to your system.
Hope this will help and Thanks for your feedback!

Contact Microsoft product support.'. Well contacting
Microsoft is a joke, they seem to do everything possible to
make it impossible to get free support!!
Any ideas anyone? I've tried installing WMP9 again, and
uninstalling and re-installing Napster but to no avail.
Highly frustrating not being able to use Napster when I'm
paying a subscription for it!
Any suggestions greatly appreciated! :)
Cheers,
Bob. |
