We would like to investigate this problem. Would you please let us know more
about your issue?
1. What is your player's version? What's your system OS?
2. Did this website work for you before?
3. What's your internet connection? DSL, 56k modem or DirectWay, etc.? Any
proxy, firewall installed in your system?
4. Do you have any proxy acceleration services running likeProxycon
Accelerator web service. etc? If yes, try to turn it off and see whether the
security upgrade works.
5. Does this web page works for you? Click start will upgrade your system
security level.
