Ok, Im new to all this, and I dont understand this whole Acquiring Liscens thing. What do I need to do to get a Liscen so that I can view some of the media file it wont let me view. ive already tried to figure it out several different ways and I still come up short!!! Can anyone help me out here?

To prevent the unauthorized copying of content (ie music and videos)
content providers require a license that matches the content be
downloaded from one of their servers. This requires internet access.
If you do not have internet access then you are out of luck.
