I have downloaded a video off the internet. When I try to
play the WMP opens and a window pops up saying I need to
upgrade DRM components. I click yes and it starts doing
it thing. Then I get another window that says "The
conection with server was rest". When I hit the Web Help
button it tells me that I have error code 800C2EFF. I
have not been able to figure out what this code is.

My system is as follows: Windows XP Home, WMP v9, 56K
modem, Proxycon Accelerator web service, dial-up, I have
no proxy/firewall installed, virus scan thru McAfee

This error happened when your network connection is disconnected. The
failure mostly is mostly because of network connection glitch.
Would you please re try it again and see whether it will succeed?
If not, would you please disable the Proxycon Accelerator web service, and
try again?

Thanks
