Me too! No "Windows Media Player" under "Toolbars" in the taskbar's pop-up
menu.

What kind of computer do you have? What version of Windows? The WMP
toolbar is not supported on 64 bit versions of Windows.

Windows XP, 32-bit, on an HP NC6000. Nothing special, I think. |

Okay, so assuming wmpband.dll is in the program files\windows media player
directory, you should have the following registry keys which encompass
everything wmpband sets up when it registers.
What happens when you run:
===
regsvr32 "c:\program files\windows media player\wmpband.dll"
===
?
-Zach (reg keys follow)
