I have read the documentation in Windows Media Encoder SDK and I'm able to
broadcast a Live Stream using a local video file.

But what I'd like to do is to do the broadcasting using System.IO.Stream
instead of just providing the filename in IWMEncSource.SetInput().

Is there any way to do so? Thank you very much!
