How can i disable the overlay when i use windows media player object in web
pager?

Whats an overlay? You can change which controls are shown by using
Player.uiMode

Stream,

It's up to the client whether or not to use an overlay.
If you set the hw acceleration to the lowest in WMP, it won't use an overlay
but a "normal" window to draw on.
I'm not sure if you can enable/disable this from within your webpage's code.

Why do you want to disable this, anyway?
