Is there a command to set the windows media encoder preview to 30 frames per
second in Delphi? It looks like its default is 12fps.

I am encoding 640x480 30fps on a 4.8 ghz xeon system. The system really
fast so i do not that is slowing it down.

Any Suggestions?
