Alternatively, is there any portable devices out there that really supports
WM10 DRM for portable devices? Arhcos Gmini 400 is said to be "prepared for
WM10 DRM for PD's". Anyone knowing what that actually means?

Firstly, I don't know of any emulations.
Secondly, It would be a waste of time. My (limited) experience is that
devices are what they are and not what they are supposed to be. Worse, what
they are depends on which version of firmware is loaded. The behaviour of
a given device can change noticeably over it's lifetime.
