What is the range of the audio level attributes (PeakValue, AverageLevel) on
a MediaItem? It seems like the average PeakValue of my 3000 mp3's is about
30400 and the max ... is the range from 0-31,000? 0-40000? 0-50000?

My guess is the range would be based on decoded sample output.
This would make it a signed short and would have the range 0-32768.
