Cannot find a valid output stream from the source Error |

I have solved my problem with the dcom (See other post) issue but now I am
getting an error when I try to Prepare the Encoder engine to encoder. For
example, my error output is "Enc.PrepareToEncode = -1072882832 Cannot find
a valid output stream from the source"
What would be the cause of this. I have searched and search with no
solution in site.
Any help would be appreciated.
