WMP-10 plug-in for converting WMA to MP3 |

My car navigation system has the abillity to read SD cards in MP3 format.
When I copy my WMA play lists from WMP-10 to the SD cards using the the
synchronisation option then fileformat stays WMA.
So I think I probably need a plug in which enabels me to convert WMA into
MP3 files including the related file information tags
Who can tell me where I find a propper plug-in (free ware if possible)?
